Born in Mola di Bari in 1975.

Admitted to the Bar Association of Foggia in 2003.

Graduated at Bari University in 1999.

Specialization Diploma in Trade Union Law and Social Security Law, achieved at “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 2002.

Attendance certificate from Luiss Management of Rome for following the course on “Personnel’s Responsibility”.

First level Master in Human Resources Management obtained at “Maieutica Institute” in 2005, accredited by Lazio Region and Eurispes.

In 2005 he passed the admission test to the Ph.D course in Economic and Corporate Law - Labour Law - at La Sapienza University of Rome.

Avvocato Tusino provides last year students with teaching assistance, participates in seminar and research activities, as well as in Labour Law exam sessions, at La Sapienza University of Rome where he is subject expert, under the professorship of Edoardo Ghera.

He has published articles on Labour Law in legal journals.
