Born in Catanzaro in 1976.

Graduated at LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome in 2001.

Admitted to the Bar Association of Rome in 2005.

He has participated in the preparation course to the judicial selection exam, held by Judge Rocco Galli, based on the analytical study of Civil Law, Criminal Law and Administrative Law.

Subject Expert in Information and Communications Law at LUISS University of Rome, under the professorship of Francesco Barra Caracciolo.

He is author of several legal articles published in "Diritto & Giustizia". He has expertise in Privacy, Computer Law, protection of the right to one's own image, Industrial Law and Labour Law. At present he is a member of the Study Centre's Scientific Committee and of the "Labour Law Study" Commission of the Bar Association of Rome. Avvocato Cipolla has participated, as teacher lecturer, in depth technical Juridical seminars in Labour Law, held in Rome from April to May 2005, organized by the Bar Association of Rome. In the quality of speaker, he has attended scientific conferences concerning Privacy.
