Christiano Giustini
Born in Rome in 1968.
Graduated cum laude at “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 1993.
Admitted to the Bar Association of Rome in 1996.
Subject expert in Commercial Law at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, under the professorship of Agostino Gambino, since 1993.
Author of several articles published in “Commercial Law Journal” and in “Temi Romana”, Avvocato Giustini is a member of the “Ombudsman and Labour Law Study Commissions” of the Bar Association of Rome.
He has participated, as speaker, in many conferences about Labour Law themes.
In the structure of the Firm he deals with Corporate Law, Industrial Law (with particular reference to trademarks, competition and Copyright), Bankruptcy Law, Contractual Law, Labour Law and Trade Union Law. He has participated, as tutor, in depth technical Juridical seminars about Labour Law organized by the Bar Association of Rome (Rome 11th April – 8th May 2005).
