Cristina Tamburro

Born in Rome in 1982.

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Science of Negotiation, obtained in 2004 at the Free University Guido Carli of Rome (LUISS).

Master’s degree with honors in Business Law, obtained in 2006 at the Free University Guido Carli of Rome (LUISS).

Enrolled in the Bar of Rome since 2009.

In 2005 she carried out an internship on the French judicial system, at the study of Me. Lucien Felli, in Paris.

Expert of the subject at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, Chair of Civil Law, Prof. O. T. Scozzafava, from 2006 to 2009.

In 2008 she was awarded, at the Bar Association of Rome, the toga named in memory of the lawyer Daniela Belardinelli.

PhD in “Individual Autonomy and Collective Autonomy”, module of labor law, at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.

Expert of the subject at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, Chair of Labor Law, Prof. Antonio Vallebona.

She was a member of the Commission “National and Community Legislation” of the Bar Association of Rome in 2010/2012.

She chaired the bilateral Italian-French Commission established at the Council of the Bar Association of Rome for the selection of the profiles of two members of the Bar Association of Rome, admitted to participate in the prestigious “International Internship” organized by Barreau of Paris for the year 2013.

Delegated by the President of the Council of the Bar of Rome for the activities related to the Conference of Young Lawyers since 2012.

She chaired the Selection Committee for the selection of the Conference Secretaries for the years 2012 to 2018, coordinating the institutional activities of the Conference of Young Lawyers.

Elected Delegate to the XXXII National Forensic Congress of Venice (2014) and the XXXIII National Forensic Congress of Rimini (2016).

Elected as Councillor of the Bar Association of Rome in the years 2017 and 2018.

In this position, she was appointed Head of the council projects “Consumer Protection and Privacy”; “International Relations”; “European and International Legislation”, Deputy Head of the “Youth” Project, as well as a member of the Commission “Society of Lawyers ─ STA” ex art. 32, Law 247/2012.

Newly elected as Councillor of the Bar Association of Rome for the four-year period 2019/2022.

In this position, she is currently Coordinator of the Commission “Privacy”, as well as Vice-Coordinator of the Commissions “Structured Studies and STA”; “European and International Law”;

“Woman Project”.

Responsible for the Lazio Region of the Italy-Dubai Association.

Within the Firm, he carries out, in particular, consultancy and assistance in the field of labour law, trade union law and human resources management.

He takes care of the relationships with clients and the network of French-speaking professionals.

She has participated, as a speaker, in numerous conferences and seminars, as well as institutional and associative events in Italy and abroad.
